Understanding Your Student Visa Work Rights
Your student visa in Australia has specific conditions about how much you can work. Generally, you can work up to 48 hours per fortnight during your study periods. When you have scheduled breaks, you can usually work full-time. Always stick to these rules, as breaking your visa conditions can cause problems. These regulations can change, so it’s vital to stay updated. For clarity on your visa conditions, our licensed advisors at Transpacific Immigration Services can help you navigate these complex rules.
